Alongside his glistening music career Michaels has also leant his talents to various TV shows. With his own reality dating show, Rock of Love with Bret Michaels, running for an impressive three seasons Michaels also wrote and directed A Letter From Death Row with actor Charlie Sheen.

Good show (could have been better) I give it a C+ / B-

The show kicked off with Don Felder. He was fantastic! Played several Eagles songs - spot on perfect. Then Chris Janson came on. He was okay, but I'm not a big country music fan. He played for a LONG TIME. Kind of got preachy. I felt like I was at a church revival. When he was finally done, Bret Michaels came out and was very good. He brought out Lou Graham. Lou still gets the job done and did 3 or 4 Foreigner hits very well. Then Bret brought out Dee Schneider. I'm a huge Twisted Sister fan. This is who I really came to see! He only did 2 T.S. songs followed by a cover of Highway to Hell. What the hell? Dee sounded great and had a ton of energy. A couple more Twisted Sister songs would have been greatly appreciated. ...
